I've got tons of podcasts I've downloaded and haven't listened to them. I would like a better stereo in my vehicle to handle this stuff. The New Year every year is a time to start something new, to make resolutions, to examine one's life and seek ways to improve. Traditionally, I have not done this resolution bit. Can't fail if you don't try, right?

A large dog jumped on my leg, and I had been having increasing troubles with it, so much so that I was using a crutch to get around. I drive a Trailblazer, and it is tons different from my Regal I used to have. The only luxury on the Trailblazer is keyless entry and electric driver's seat. No moon roof, no cassette player (but it does have a CD player), no steering-wheel mounted radio controls, no thermometer or compass, no leather seats.

Today (and most every day), I am thankful for music, in particular thinking about Arcade Fire (because they were on SNL last Saturday and were great). Holiday DVD Collection. My, that's a lot of DVDs in my collection. Anyway, I watched the first disc in Volume 1 of the collction, Boys Town (and on the flip side, Men of Boys Town. What a great movie or two.
